What does this service cost?
This service has no subscription charges and thus all it costs are the phone charges raised by your phone provider.

The current BT prices for calling an 0845 number are 1p per minute evenings and weekends and 3.95p per minute daytime (Mon - Fri 6am - 6pm).

Are there any hidden charges?
There are no hidden charges with our service. Like we say, you only pay for your phone bill. We'll never bill you anything.

Can I use more than one ISP?
Yes, many users use multiple providers. 

Where can the service be used from?
The service can be accessed from any telephone line in the United Kingdom.

Is any special equipment required to use this service?
No. A standard modem is all that is required which most users will already have within their laptop or desktop PC.

When is the service available?
When is it not? The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Can I use ISDN with this service?
Yes, this service is fully compatible with ISDN.
