On all modern Microsoft Windows Operating Systems you should be able to use the automatic installation tool located on the home page of this website, however the following instructions show how our service can be configured manually on a Microsoft Windows 98 Operating System:

- Double click the 'My Computer' icon on the desktop, then double click the 'Dial-up Networking' icon.

- Double click the 'Make New Connection' icon.

- A dialogue box (as shown below) will open and welcome you to the Network Connection Wizard, click the 'next' button.

- The 'Make New Connection' dialog box will appear (as shown below).  In the 'Type a name for the computer you are dialing' box type the desired name for the connection.  An example of this would be to type 'lush'.  Select the modem you wish to use for this connection from the pull down box.  Click next.

- A new dialog box will appear (as shown below).  Type 0845 into the 'Area code' box and 6043041 into the 'Telephone number' box.  Ensure that the 'Country Code' is set appropriately, then click 'next'.

- A dialog box will be shown telling you that the connection has been successfully created.  Click 'finish'.

- In 'Dial-up Networking' double click on the connection just created (it will be given the name assigned in step 4 above).  The 'Connect To' dialup box will be displayed (as shown below).  Type in the word 'lush' into the 'username' box and the word 'lush' in the 'password' box.  Ensure the 'Save Password' box is ticked.  Click connect to connect to the internet.
